Ideal and impeccably clean place, super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. Favourable and perfect location in a local area close enough to the Richmond mall and Olympic oval, the airport and downtown Richmond and skytrain, shopping and restaurants. Reasonably priced Irish bar.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those traveling through Vancouver airport. It's close to the airport and restaurants, making it convenient for transit passengers. Additionally, it's near the south terminal which was exactly where I needed to go.

The free shuttle service provided by the hotel made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The spacious and comfortable suite exceeded our expectations, with a large lounge and great kitchen for our use. The bed was clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were excellent, offering friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the skytrain, shopping areas, restaurants, and the Skytrain Station-Richmond-Brighouse Station. We had a great time and the staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were pleasant and the hotel was very clean. The hotel had great parking facilities and was conveniently located near the Skytrain station, making it easy to get around Vancouver. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site Tivoli restaurant, where the staff made us feel right at home and took great care of us.

I loved my stay here! The room was well-kept and had everything I needed. I could have easily spent the whole day there. There were coffee/tea makers and even a fridge available if I wanted. ☕️
